Cashless Catering

To be able to use the Blue Diner (where breakfast, break time snacks and lunches are served) students will need a positive balance on their Cashless Catering Account. You can top this up through the Scopay system.

If you want to set a daily spend limit on the student’s account, please email payments@esherhigh.surrey.sch.uk with your child’s name and the limit you wish to set.

Please note that when a student has run out of money or the balance is low, they will be allowed a basic lunch on that day only. They will not be served again until the balance is sufficient. You can set up an alert on the Scopay account to let you know when their balance is low. We suggest you do this.

Students in receipt of Free School Meals are entitled to a free breakfast and lunch. If they wish to get anything during break time, they will need a balance on their Cashless Catering account.
