Key Stage 4 Performance
We are so proud of our Year 11 students who achieved the best set of results the school has ever seen. These are fantastic outcomes, opening up amazing opportunities for them. This year on year improvement for the past 3 years is testament to the hard work and dedication our whole staff team put in to creating a great learning experience for all.
A summary of key results is outlined below. We are confident our progress 8 score will be our best ever, in line with these figures. These will be published by the DfE in October.
2024 Key Stage 4 – GCSE/BTEC Headlines
76% of students achieved grade 4+ in English and Maths
58% of students achieved grade 5+ in English and Maths
85% of students achieved grade 4+ in English
80% of students achieved grade 4+ in Maths
Average attainment grade was 5.0
The results were very strong and in line with the overall trajectory over previous years, a sign that our students continue to perform above the national average.
