KS3 team reach Surrey Satro competition finals in March
Two teams from Esher High competed in the Surrey SATRO against 10 other local schools.
Points were awarded to the teams who could effectively build a model that would solve a problem set by a panel. The KS3 team, managed to come as runners up with a sturdy model that worked perfectly. They will now go on to represent Esher High at the final in March, held at ACS Cobham.
SATRO is an educational charity and social enterprise which has been working with young people in Surrey. SATRO provides real-life experience of all aspects of the working world, particularly in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) through a diverse and challenging range of programmes.
